Shipping Policy

All of our products are packed and shipped from our studio in Cedar Hill, Texas 1-3 days after you place an order.

​Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox after the order is successfully submitted. When your handmade products are shipped out, another notification will arrive in a second email with package tracking information. 

Please remember that our products are not packaged to withstand extreme heat or cold. Please use the tracking number provided to ensure that your package will not be left in mailboxes, on porches, etc for an extended period of time. We are not responsible for packages or products damaged from being left in extreme heat or cold for extended periods of time.
